The Discipline Controls and Assurance Framework (DCAF) is part of the quality assurance framework focusing on business and safety critical decisions and deliverables (referred to as Control Points) in Capital Projects. The framework stipulates the Control Points that are to be considered by the project team and facilitates effective collaboration between projects teams and disciplines.
